The patented RED Swivel, or Rapid Emergency Detachment Swivel, replaces standard push-button sling swivels with a pull-knob emergency-release swivel that fits any standard push-button socket, sockets recessed into popular handguards and stocks, the Burnsed Socket, or the Rail Mounted Push Button Socket.

Operation

The patented RED™ Swivel releases with a straight pull on the spherical-conical knob instead of the fine-motor “push-pull” action required by standard push-button swivels. Only 7 pounds of force is needed to install or release the swivel; however, accidental release is minimized by the knob’s shape and operating angle. A pull more than 15 degrees off-axis will not release the connection, eliminating the possibility of release if it catches on vehicles, doorways, other gear, or brush.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1058/6072/7118/files/blue-force-red-rapid-emergency-detachment-swivel-t_98e15762-091e-480f-8397-da7218ac20b3.jpg?v=1785766779
