A backpack allows the heaviest loads to be carried, but a shoulder bag provides faster access to its contents, while a belt rig sort of combines the two. For long hikes over uneven terrain, belt carry is the wisest solution. It does not disrupt the body's thermal regulation, distributes the load evenly, protects the spine, and keeps all items within quick reach. The Foxtrot Mk2 Belt Rig can be worn as a standalone item or with functional suspenders. The design is easily adjustable across the entire range. The Foxtrot comprises a main compartment with open-top sewn-in water bottle pockets, a partial belt at the sides with MOLLE/PALS attachment points for modular pouches (med kit, knife pouch, cargo pouch, etc.). ALICE and other pouches based on 50 mm webbing can be attached. The main compartment contains two zippered pockets, with one on the front closed with hook-and-loop. Additional Versatile Insert System-compatible inserts can be added inside the main compartment. A rolled poncho or thin seating mat can be secured under the rubber band at the top of the pocket or under the compression straps at the bottom. The suspenders are easily adjusted with hook-and-loop at the back; they stabilize the load and distribute it across the wearer's entire frame. The Foxtrot Mk2 is an ideal solution for Nordic Walking-style hikes.

Transport handle

Hip belt with 50 mm wide buckle

Comfortable, adjustable H-harness with four webbing straps

MOLLE/PALS with tunnels for knives, axes, etc.

Spacious main compartment with zippered mesh pocket and loop panel compatible with Versatile Insert System

External pocket closed with hook&loop with internal organizer

Two external pockets for water bottles

Bottom compression straps

YKK® zippers

SKU

TB-FX2-CD-01

EAN

5902688037093

Weight [g]

710

Dimensions

26 x 18 x 12 cm / 10.2 x 7.1 x 4.7 in

Capacity [l]

5.5

Material

100% Nylon

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1058/6072/7118/files/helikon-tex-foxtrot-mk2-belt-rig-coyote-tb-fx2-cd.jpg?v=1785152979
