That’s why at our Experience Center in Apeldoorn, you can get a custom-made Lenz insole fitted to your foot as you stand on it.
An insole that fits your arch precisely supports your foot across its entire surface and keeps your heel in place. Your foot moves around less inside the shoe, which means less friction and fewer pressure points, even after a long day carrying gear. And you don’t need to buy new shoes: your trusted combat boots, mountaineering boots or hiking boots get a fit that’s made for you.
Ready while you wait
No appointment is needed. Just walk in and we’ll choose the model that suits how you use it. Then stand on the FlowMould machine for about three minutes. You’ll feel the insole warm up and mould to your arch, then walk out with it in your shoe.
There’s an insole to suit every task. The Top Bamboo is an all-rounder for everyday duty, work and sports shoes. The Top Bamboo Cork has cork in the heel for extra cushioning and grip, making it ideal for combat boots and hiking boots worn all day. With its perforated leather top layer, the Top Leather Perforated is a good fit for leather duty shoes and DT shoes. The Top Merino keeps your feet warm in winter combat boots, mountaineering boots and ski boots. All insoles are developed with sports orthopaedics specialists and built by hand.

A custom-made Lenz FlowMould insole costs €60, including fitting. Buy new shoes from us and you’ll get a discount on the insoles, so you’ll have the right fit from your very first step. The insoles are designed for comfort and performance; if you have persistent problems with your feet, knees or back, a podiatrist is the right person to see.
Bring the shoes you’ll be wearing the insoles in, along with the socks you wear with them, and walk in. A few minutes later, you’ll be standing on insoles made just for you.
