Delivery Terms and Conditions
Orders:
By placing an order on www.NLTactical.nl, you agree to our delivery terms and conditions.
Stock:
www.NLTactical.nl uses an inventory system, which means that the item you order is either in stock or will be ordered for you. The delivery time is stated for each item. If the delivery time differs from 2 to 3 days (after payment has been received), we will notify you as soon as possible.
Prices:
All prices stated on www.NLTactical.nl are in euros, including VAT, iDEAL fees, and other administrative fees.
VAT is listed separately on the invoice.
Payment:
You can pay for your orders by iDEAL, bank transfer, or upon collection from the warehouse. Customers outside the Netherlands can also pay via Bancontact/Mister Cash and SofortBanking/DIRECTebanking.
Would you prefer to pay with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express? No problem; this is also possible.
Delivery Time:
If you place and pay for an order before 5:00 p.m. on a working day, you will receive your order on the next working day, provided the item is in stock.
Force Majeure:
NLTactical is not liable insofar as its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure. Force majeure means any external cause or circumstance that cannot reasonably be considered its responsibility. Delays in shipping or personal circumstances expressly constitute force majeure.
Shipping:
TNT Post handles the shipment of your order from www.NLTactical.nl. NLTactical is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by TNT Post. Your order is carefully packaged and provided with a track-and-trace code. You will receive this code when your order leaves the warehouse.
You may optionally have your package sent by registered mail.
If you provide an incorrect postal code and/or house number and the package needs to be shipped a second time, you must also pay the shipping costs a second time.
Privacy:
Personal data is included in our customer database and used to process orders. This data is not shared with third parties.
Copyright:
Copyright applies to all images and texts on www.NLTactical.nl. Reproduction in any form is not permitted without written permission from NLTactical.
Exchanges and Returns:
Exchanges and returns are possible within 14 days. You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting on the day after receipt of your order. From the moment of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the purchase. In this case, please first contact us via info@NLTactical.nl or through the contact form on www.NLTactical.nl. The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the products have their labels and original packaging, and are not damaged and/or used. The amount you paid will be refunded to your bank account within 5 working days after receipt of your package.
If you wish to return an item, you may also use this form.
Use:
The user assumes all risks, responsibilities, and consequences relating to the use of products purchased from www.NLTactical.nl at their own expense.
