Shipping
When you place an order on www.NLTactical.nl, you can choose between two options for receiving your order. You can have it delivered at a competitive rate or collect it by appointment from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.
Delivery
This is, of course, the fastest and easiest option.
Regular:
Sun–Thu: orders placed before 11:59 p.m. are delivered the next day
Fri until 5:00 p.m.: delivered the next day (including Saturday)
For delivery to pickup locations or businesses, the following applies:
Mon–Fri until 5:00 p.m.: delivered the next day (including Saturday)
If you place your order before 11:59 p.m. from Monday through Thursday, you will receive it the next day.
At checkout, you can choose where and when your package should be delivered. You can select the day and time slot, choose whether you want to receive the order at home or at work, or have it delivered to a nearby hardware store or supermarket for pickup.
GLS, PostNL, and Trunkrs handle the shipment of your order from www.NLTactical.nl. NLTactical is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier. Your order will be carefully packaged. You can optionally have your package sent by registered mail.
If you provide an incorrect postal code and/or house number and the package needs to be sent a second time, you will also have to pay the shipping costs a second time.
Your order will, of course, be shipped discreetly, and you will always receive a tracking code.
It is also possible to have your order shipped to your NAPO address.
Pickup
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Apeldoorn.
Once we have received your order, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for collection from our warehouse.
Returns and exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 14 days. You have a 14-day cooling-off period starting on the day you receive your order. From the date of cancellation, you have 14 days to return the purchase. In this case, please first contact us via Service@NLTactical.nl or through the contact form on www.NLTactical.nl. The cost of returning the products is your responsibility. Returns will only be accepted if the products have their labels and original packaging, and are not damaged and/or used. The amount you paid will be refunded to your bank account within 5 business days after we receive your package.
If you wish to return an item, you may also use this form if desired.
