OPERATIONS MANAGER

To optimize NLTactical, we are looking for a man/woman who feels called to lead the NLTactical team in the daily processes as operations manager.
Relevant experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Optimizing business processes
- Identifying and creating opportunities
- Being able to work with staff and visitors
- Working with computers and related software such as Exact, Office, and more
It is an added advantage if you have worked for the Armed Forces, the Police, or a comparable organization and have an affinity with the products.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

To optimize NLTactical, we are looking for a man/woman who feels called to the role of assistant operations manager. In this role, you will support the daily processes (deputy operations manager, operations coordinator, second-in-command).
Education is not relevant; you must be hands-on and able to identify work that needs to be done:
Computer skills are useful
It is an advantage if you have worked for the Armed Forces, the Police, or a comparable organization and have an affinity with the products.
