The Agilite Rear Hanger is an innovative, rear-mounted pouch that transforms unused space on the back of a plate carrier into practical, low-profile storage that you can access independently. This system is designed to remain stable, flat, and completely out of the way, even while moving, while also providing additional lower-back support.

The rear-mounted design enables quick, one-handed access without assistance from teammates. Thanks to the ergonomic pull tab and quick-detach system, the pouch can be pulled free, opened, and stowed again in one deliberate motion. This makes the Rear Hanger particularly suitable for medical items or other essential equipment that needs to be immediately available.

The pouch integrates seamlessly with the back of the plate carrier and remains snug against the body. During use, it can be temporarily attached to the front of the plate carrier’s hook-and-loop field or to a mag placard, making the contents immediately accessible. The internal compartment features hook-and-loop material on both sides and comes with two modular, hook-and-loop-mounted inserts with elastic loops for organized storage.

The one-way buckle prevents incorrect attachment and locks only in the correct orientation. Thanks to its integrated foam layer, the Rear Hanger also functions as built-in lumbar support, noticeably increasing comfort during prolonged sitting, vehicle transport, or extended missions.
