HIG 5.0 Jacket - Black

Carinthia HIG 5.0 Jacket - Black
MG510

The Carinthia HIG 5.0 Jacket sits precisely between dynamic insulation jackets and heavy cold-weather protection. Where the MIG is built for movement and the ECIG for extreme cold, the HIG is the jacket for operations where the two alternate: patrolling, standing watch, and observation. It reliably keeps you warm down to -20 °C without causing overheating as soon as the pace increases.

This balance comes from the combination of a high insulation value and active ventilation. The G-LOFT insulation (145 g/m² on the torso, 110 g/m² in the sleeves) provides warmth during static moments, while the pit zips in the underarm area release heat as soon as you start moving. The two-way front zipper increases flexibility during operations, and the new quilted design on the inside reduces cold spots. Inner pockets and mesh pockets are optimized for warming and drying gloves, while the zipped Napoleon pocket keeps essential items secure. Windproof and highly water-repellent.
