The Gerber Strap Cutter is a compact emergency tool designed to cut through nylon straps and seat belts quickly and safely. Its innovative design completely encloses the blade, making the tool safe to handle and ready for use at any time.

At its core is a 420HC stainless steel hook blade with a plain edge and blunt hook tip, finished with a black oxide coating for a non-reflective surface. Jimping along the spine provides additional grip during use. The extra-large finger loop and injection-molded rubber handle ensure stable, controlled handling, even in stressful situations. A hardened glass breaker tip also makes the Strap Cutter a reliable companion in vehicle accidents when windows need to be smashed.

The tool comes with a signal-orange nylon sheath so it can always be found quickly. A lanyard hole allows it to be attached to equipment or a key ring. Made in the USA, with a limited lifetime warranty and certified under NSN 5110-01-578-4889.
