Helikon-Tex UTS Shorts 11" PolyCotton Stretch Ripstop - Black

The Helikon-Tex UTS Shorts combine tactical functionality with an urban look. These shorts are based on the proven cut of the Urban Tactical Pants, but in a shorter version that provides the desired comfort and necessary equipment even on warmer days.

The material is a 220 g/m² PolyCotton Stretch Ripstop fabric, composed of 50% polyester, 48% cotton, and 2% elastane. The combination of polyester and cotton provides breathability and quick drying, while the elastane adds two-way stretch for freedom of movement during dynamic activities. The Ripstop weave reinforces the material so that minor damage does not spread further.

The cut is low-profile and does not reveal the tactical nature of the shorts. Articulated legs, the correct rise, and a rear yoke prevent the shorts from slipping and increase wearing comfort. Even when fully loaded with equipment, the silhouette remains streamlined, without the folds or bulky appearance of classic combat trousers.

The UTS Shorts are equipped with 10 functional pockets. The two front pockets have reinforced edges, allowing a multitool, flashlight, or folding knife to be carried securely without wear or tearing of the material. The thigh pockets consist of two with YKK zippers and two with hook-and-loop closures; they provide space for AR magazines or larger EDC accessories. The two wide rear pockets each contain a narrower inner pocket for small items that need to be quickly accessible.

The waistband is adjusted with hook-and-loop fastening, offering 6 cm of adjustment, while an elastic band at the rear ensures a good fit. The wide belt loops fit belts up to 50 mm wide, including tactical models such as the Cobra. The front belt loops feature additional attachment points for quickly securing EDC equipment without overloading the pockets.

The shorts weigh 433 grams (measured for size L).
