Light My Fire Firesteel Bio Army Slaty Black
LMF-BFSA-SB

Firesteels were originally specially developed for the Swedish military. It is the first fire starter made from magnesium in the form of a rod. With the supplied stainless steel scraper, you can produce sparks averaging 3000°C. A Firesteel Scout is good for 3,000 strikes, while a Firesteel Army is good for 12,000 strikes.

It performs even at extreme altitudes with low-oxygen air and works just as well when wet. Suitable for countless applications, from lighting a gas heater to starting a campfire. The scraper is also equipped with an emergency whistle. An essential piece of equipment for survivalists, hunters, anglers, and campers.

New material from 2019
This product is made from biobased plastic. With a view to a better future, Light My Fire has used only biobased plastic in the production of its products since 2019. “Biobased” refers to materials made from biomass derived from plant-based raw materials such as corn, sugar cane, and cellulose. The biobased range can be recognized by its new colors in natural, soft, earthy, and peaceful shades. For the packaging, 100% recyclable or reusable materials have also been chosen.
