Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III Coyote Brown
PD-MDH3-CD5-CBR

The Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III is an updated version of Direct Action’s proven horizontal IFAK pouch. The most notable improvement is the new front featuring a laser-cut “MED” marking on the hook-and-loop panel. This makes the pouch immediately recognisable and provides space for personalisation with IR patches or morale patches.

The external pocket is partly made of elastic material, allowing it to hold more medical equipment without making the pouch thicker. The pouch fits perfectly on the rear panel of the Mosquito Modular Belt Sleeve, but can also be mounted on any MOLLE/PALS platform or directly on a belt up to 45 mm wide.

Inside is a removable, ambidextrous insert with Hypalon pull tabs, allowing rapid access to the contents regardless of the user’s dominant hand. The zipper allows the insert to open fully, while elastic loops keep the equipment securely in place during intense movement. The rear wall of the insert features a hook-and-loop panel for attaching a shears pouch, such as the Direct Action Shears Pouch.
