The SAM XT Extremity Tourniquet is the newest tourniquet, specially developed for fast and reliable constriction of the extremities. Thanks to the innovative design of the SAM XT, the windlass requires fewer turns. Moreover, when the SAM XT is tightened, it provides confirmation that the band is tight enough.

Excess slack in the band is a common mistake when using tourniquets. The SAM XT “Truforce” buckle automatically locks the windlass at a predetermined level of force, eliminating almost all slack in the tourniquet. By “clicking,” turning, and locking the windlass, a highly effective tourniquet is created.

The SAM XT combines all the advantages of the most commonly used tourniquets, including a wide band and a metal windlass. In addition, the automatic buckle makes the tourniquet very easy and fast to apply to yourself. Self-application is an important aspect for tactical police and defense units.

The buckle’s “clicking” sound makes this tourniquet unique and confirms to the user that it is tight enough.

Order from Sunday through Thursday before 23:59? Your order will be delivered the next day. On Fridays, this applies to orders received before 17:00, as these are delivered on Saturday. Your order will be shipped via GLS, PostNL or Trunkrs.

Have your order shipped to a ship or unit abroad. Enter the NAPO address as the shipping address in the shopping cart. We will provide the package with a completed and signed CN 22 customs declaration and ship it discreetly.

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Apeldoorn. As soon as we receive your order, we will prepare it for you as quickly as possible. Would you like to collect it outside our opening hours? Please contact us.

After cancellation, you have 14 days to return your order, and exchanges are also possible within 14 days.
