The Savotta Jääkäri XL is the largest model in the Jääkäri series and was specifically developed to carry heavy and bulky loads comfortably. This backpack is based on the original LJK paratrooper backpack frame used by the Finnish Defence Forces, and its external aluminium frame and modular construction provide maximum load-bearing capacity and stability.

With a capacity of approximately 70 litres, this backpack is at home during long expeditions, demanding treks, and professional use. The main compartment features a roll-top closure, a divider with drawstring, and a zippered bottom section. This allows you to use it as one large compartment or several separate compartments, while the bottom zip provides quick access to your most important equipment.

The carry system is fully height-adjustable and suitable for users between 160 and 200 cm tall. The S-shaped shoulder straps and removable, padded hip belt feature durable thermoformed foam, ensuring long-lasting carrying comfort. The hip belt can also be used separately as an independent equipment belt.

Thanks to the extensive PALS webbing system on the sides, bottom, hip belt, and lid, the backpack can easily be expanded with additional pouches or attachment accessories. The pack also features compression straps, an internal hydration bladder sleeve, and various internal organiser compartments.

The Jääkäri XL is made from military-grade 1000D Cordura®, abrasion-resistant and PU-coated, as used by the Finnish Defence Forces. This makes the backpack resistant to extreme conditions and suitable for long-term professional use.

Order from Sunday through Thursday before 23:59? Your order will be delivered the next day. On Fridays, this applies to orders received before 17:00, as these are delivered on Saturday. Your order will be shipped via GLS, PostNL or Trunkrs.

Have your order shipped to a ship or unit abroad. Enter the NAPO address as the shipping address in the shopping cart. We will provide the package with a completed and signed CN 22 customs declaration and ship it discreetly.
