The Streamlight Sidewinder Stalk is designed for users who want maximum flexibility with as little additional equipment as possible. This compact helmet light combines multiple light sources in a single low-profile design and features a flexible stalk that allows the beam to be precisely directed. This keeps the user agile, even in confined or dynamic situations.

The light features white, red, blue, green, and infrared LEDs, all housed in the light head on the flexible arm. Each light color can be used at multiple intensity levels, supplemented by a strobe function. For tactical identification, the Sidewinder Stalk is equipped with a separate Identification Friend or Foe switch, allowing an IR/IFF beacon to be activated independently of the main light.

Thanks to its multi-fuel construction, the Sidewinder Stalk can be powered by various battery types. This increases its versatility and makes it easy to remain operational in a wide range of conditions. The housing is made of impact-resistant nylon and fully sealed with O-rings and gaskets, resulting in a robust, weather-resistant construction suitable for intensive professional use.

The light is designed as a military helmet lighting system and can be mounted in several ways, including ARC rails, MOLLE gear, and hook-and-loop panels. Operation is deliberately simple, with a push button for on/off and intensity control, while a rotary knob allows the desired light color to be selected. Electronic regulation ensures a constant light level throughout the battery runtime.
