UF PRO Delta Eagle Gen.3 Tactical Softshell Jacket - Black
The UF PRO Delta Eagle Gen.3 Tactical Softshell Jacket sets a new standard for softshell jackets. This jacket is not only lightweight, soft, and quiet, but also offers excellent thermal insulation and breathability.
Instead of the usual three layers—outer fabric, membrane, and microfleece—that are traditionally bonded together and result in a heavy jacket, UF PRO chose an innovative approach. The fleece is separated from the membrane, and the adhesive layer has been replaced with an air layer. This results in a more breathable and better-insulating softshell jacket.
The jacket is designed for use in cold and rough weather, including during physical exertion. If it gets too warm, the long ventilation zippers on the sides, featuring smooth-running VISLON® zippers, provide rapid cooling. The integrated air/pac® system provides additional insulation and prevents pressure points from backpack or plate carrier straps, while contributing to dry wearing comfort.
Thanks to smart details such as a snap button at the hip for quick access to your sidearm and an adjustable cord to secure the lower hem, you retain maximum freedom of movement. The waterproof hood with Hood/Harness® system keeps your field of vision clear and provides optimal protection in rainy conditions.
