The Hikmicro Lynx LC06S is the entry-level thermal monocular in the Hikmicro lineup, designed for users who need a compact, reliable and easy-to-use thermal imaging device. Despite its small size, it features a highly sensitive VOx thermal sensor with a resolution of 160 × 120 pixels, delivering a clear thermal image even in complete darkness.
The LC06S is equipped with a 6.2 millimeter fixed-focus lens, allowing immediate observation without manual focusing. Heat sources can be detected at distances of up to 250 meters, making this monocular suitable for hunting observation, outdoor activities, inspection tasks and search operations. A 50 hertz refresh rate ensures smooth and stable image performance while moving.
The redesigned housing of the Lynx series improves ergonomics and overall handling. This allows fast operation and quick access to functions without losing sight of the target. Multiple color palettes are available, including white hot, black hot, red hot and fusion. White hot and black hot are most commonly used due to their clear contrast and comfortable viewing experience.
An integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery provides up to ten hours of operating time and can be charged via the included USB-C cable. The standby mode helps extend battery life while keeping the device instantly ready for use with a single press of the power button.
The LC06S supports photo and video recording, with files stored on the built-in eight gigabyte internal memory. Transferring data to a computer is straightforward via USB. The integrated Wi-Fi hotspot allows a smartphone connection, enabling a second viewer and access to additional functions.
