1 NLTactical account
1.1 Am I obliged to make a NLTactical account?
No, this is not neccassary. 
It is possible to order as a 'guest', but you can also create an account. This works faster and easier.
1.2 What are the benefits of a NLTactical account?
By creating an account at our store you can checkout the payment process faster, store multiple addresses, view and track your orders and more.
1.3 How do I create a NLTactical account?
Follow these steps to create a NLTactical account.
1. Go to ' My Account' at the top right of the website or create an account at the payment.
2. Fill the data and requested password.
3. Now click on register.
4. Now you are registered and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
1.4 How do I change my personal data of my NLTactical account?
You can modify your data by going to 'My Account' at the top right of the website. From your Account Dashboard you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account data. Select a link to view and to edit the date.
1.5 Are my personal data safe at NLTactical?
NLTactical ensures that your data is treated confidentiall. For more information, read the Privacy Policy.
2 Ordering and Payment
2.1 How do I place an order on NLTactical.nl?
You can simle place an order through the cart button. Once you have finished shopping, click in the "shopping cart" on "finalize order". Fill in your data, choose the shipping method and select the preferred payment method, check your order and when you click on 'buy' the order is placed.
2.2 What are the (safe) payment methods?

Sisow
We offer various payment options; IDEAL, Bancontact, Mister Cash and SOFORT Banking. All transactions are decoded and protected by the SSL-protocol.

Paypal
It is also possible to pay with Paypal, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Bank transfer
It is also possible to pay by Bank transfer.
If we received the payment before 15:00, we will send the order immediately. 

Pick up and pay the order in our showroom
You can pick up and pay your order at our showroom and warehouse in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands. Please give us a call or send us an e-mail first. 

2.3 Are there extra charges for the different payment methods?
No, NLTactical don't charges extra cost at any payment methode.
3 PRE ORDER
3.1 What is a pre-order?
The product is currently sold out. You can order the item now and will be sent to you as soon as the item is back in stock. The expected delivery time is shown at the article.
3.2 When do I have to pay?
You can pay your order now; as soon as the item is in stock, the order will be sent to you immediately.
Would you rather wait to pay? No problem. You will receive an email when the item is on stock. Once we have received the payment, we will send you the order.
3.3 When can I expected my order?
At the product is shown an expected delivery time. As soon as we have the item in stock, we will send your order immediately. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
4 Delivery
4.1 What is the delivery time?

Orders placed on weekdays before 5 pm (CET) will be shipped the same day. This applies for the majority of our products. We will do our very best to send each order as fast as possible. Is the item not in stock ? This is shown by the article, also with the associated delivery. You will always be kept informed about the shipment of your order.
Your delivery time is noticed in the shipping cart, when you select your country.

4.2 What are the shipping cost?
If you have placed an order on www.NLTactical.nl you can choose between two options how you want to receive the order. The order can be shipped to you for a competitive price or you can make an appointment to pick up your order at the warehouse in Apeldoorn. You can calculate the shipping costs in the shopping cart.
5 Returns and exchange
5.1 How can I return or exchange an article?

You can return and exchange the article(s) in 14 days. Please contact first [email protected] or the contact form on this website. You have to pay for the delivery cost; for sending the articles back to us and if we have to send the article(s) to you. We only accept the return or echananche if the article(s) provided with the labels and the original packaging, not damaged and/or have been used. When we received you package, you receive in 5 workdays the payment (excl. the delivery cost) back.
It is also possible to return or exchange the article(s) in our showroom with warehouse. Please contact first.
If you prefer, you can use this form for exchange.

6 Newsletter
6.1 How do I sign up for the newsletter?
Go to 'newsletter', bottom left on the website, and fill in your email address and click on 'go'. Then you will receive an e-mail to confirm this. Do you have the e-mail confirmed? You are now subscribed to our newsletter. Do you have a NLTactical account? With one click in your account you are subscribed to our newsletter.
6.2 How do I unsubscribe the newsletter?
In every newsletter you have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Do you have a NLTactical account? In your account you can deregistered with one click again .
6.3 Are my data safe at NLTactical?
