The 5.11 Tactical COVRT Select Carry Pistol Pouch in Balsam Green (SKU 56842.1004) is a low-profile, highly practical waist/belt bag designed to conceal and quickly present a handgun while matching everyday, active apparel. Externally it reads like a casual belt bag; internally it’s purpose-built to carry a full-size pistol — including models fitted with a weapon light and a red-dot optic — so you don’t have to compromise stopping power or familiarity with your manual of arms.
A rear compartment contains internal magazine slots that accommodate at least three spare magazines. The main compartment features Hot-Pull™ tabs for fast weapon deployment; these tabs can be tucked away when not needed. Additional security and utility are provided by the removable weapon retention strap with trigger-guard loops, lockable YKK® zippers, and Hypalon gear loops for attaching accessories. The adjustable waist strap with quick-release buckle keeps the pouch secure and comfortable during movement.
Constructed from 500-denier 100% nylon plain weave with a durable water-repellent finish (DWR C0) and HEIQ Barrier Eco Dry treatment, the fabric is roughly equivalent to two hundred grams per square metre — robust and abrasion-resistant without excess weight. With a capacity of approximately three litres and a light overall weight, the COVRT Select is compact for daily carry yet capable for demanding use, and its covert look makes it equally suitable for cold or warm weather.
