The 5.11 Tactical COVRT18 is a full-sized tactical backpack with a civilian, low-profile appearance. It is designed for daily use in situations where discretion matters, combining an inconspicuous look with serious tactical capability.

The pack features a hidden pistol pocket compatible with the TacTec System, accessible from either side. The Roll-Down Assault Compartment (R.A.C.) accommodates MOLLE or web pouches and conceals a full-sized firearm from view. The main compartment offers generous primary and secondary storage and includes a built-in padded laptop sleeve fitting laptops up to 38 centimetres (15 inches). A separate hydration pocket supports reservoirs up to 1.5 litres.

The COVRT18 is constructed from durable, water-resistant 500D and 420D nylon and built to withstand demanding daily use. The carry system consists of adjustable yoke-style shoulder straps with QuickTact accessory straps, an adjustable sternum strap, and compression straps for a stable and comfortable fit. Additional features include a fleece-lined sunglasses pocket, a flip-down ID panel, a reinforced grab handle, and a quick-access flex cuff channel. Zippers are YKK and hardware is Duraflex throughout.
