The Agilite K-Zero SF Plate Carrier represents a complete redesign of the modern plate carrier, built without compromise. Rather than refining an existing system, this carrier was developed from the ground up using real-world feedback from tens of thousands of users in active combat and special operations environments worldwide. The result is a highly comfortable, modular and mission-ready plate carrier built for prolonged wear.
Comfort is a core design principle. The patented Micro Warfighter™ cummerbund features a semi-rigid structure that distributes load efficiently while retaining enough flexibility for unrestricted movement. This balance allows the K-Zero SF to remain comfortable during long operational periods or intense training sessions. Its one-size-fits-all design ensures compatibility with virtually all body types without sacrificing stability or support.
The K-Zero SF includes Duraflex™ quick-release buckles on the sides and shoulder, enabling rapid donning and doffing. This is particularly important for maritime operations, emergency situations and fast gear transitions. The patented design allows seamless switching between hook-and-loop flaps, quick-release buckles or direct carrier attachment depending on mission requirements.
Designed for maximum modularity, the K-Zero SF is compatible with both MOLLE and placard systems and supports all Agilite plate carrier accessories. An integrated zippered admin pocket provides storage for essential items, while the included cable management kit supports both right- and left-handed setups. Removable shoulder pads allow the carrier to be configured either low-profile or optimized for heavier loads.
The inner plate bags feature ventilated heat-release zones that help reduce heat buildup and manage perspiration during high-intensity use. A reinforced drag handle is integrated for emergency extraction scenarios.
The plate bags accommodate ballistic plates in sizes S, M and L, making the K-Zero SF compatible with most commonly used armor plates.
