The Agilite MD2 Compact Trauma IFAK Pouch is a purpose-built, ultra-compact trauma kit engineered for fast deployment and maximum efficiency. It carries all essential life-saving medical items while maintaining an exceptionally low-profile footprint on your gear.
Its ambidextrous rapid-pull system ensures you can access the pouch instantly from either side, even under high stress. On the exterior, it features an integrated Combat Tourniquet holder and a dedicated attachment point for 150 mm trauma shears.
The Micro MOLLE layout makes the MD2 perfectly suited for battle belt mounting, and an optional hanger attachment allows you to suspend it directly beneath a plate carrier. Inside, you’ll find a clean, structured layout with four internal pockets and additional space for a decompression needle or marker, ensuring you can retrieve every item within seconds.
