The Agilite Rear Hanger is a rear-mounted pouch that converts unused space on the back of a plate carrier into functional, low-profile storage that remains fully self-accessible. It is designed to stay flush, stable and out of the way, even during movement, while also providing additional lumbar support.
This rear-mounted system allows fast, one-handed deployment without assistance from others. The ergonomic puller combined with a quick-detach mechanism enables rapid access, removal and re-stowage with a single deliberate motion. This makes the Rear Hanger ideal for medical equipment or other mission-critical items that must be immediately available.
The pouch integrates seamlessly with the rear of the plate carrier and maintains a snag-free, low-profile silhouette. During use, it can be temporarily attached to the front loop field of the plate carrier or a magazine placard, allowing easy access to the contents. The interior is loop-lined on both sides and includes two modular hook-backed inserts with elastic loops for organized storage.
A one-directional buckle ensures correct re-attachment every time by locking only in the proper orientation. The padded back panel allows the Rear Hanger to function as built-in lumbar support, improving comfort during prolonged sitting, vehicle operations or extended wear.
