The Protection Group Denmark ARCH GEN3 Ballistic Helmet is a high-cut ballistic helmet designed for military personnel, law enforcement and professional users. The helmet is entirely produced in Europe and constructed from DuPont Kevlar aramid fibers. A multi-layer pre-preg lamination process creates a lightweight yet durable shell capable of multi-hit ballistic protection.
The helmet is tested according to NIJ 0106.01 Level IIIA and provides protection against threats such as .44 Magnum, .357 SIG and 9 millimeter full metal jacket ammunition. Additional threat tests have also been conducted and the helmet achieves a V50 rating of 660 meters per second according to STANAG 2920. The construction is designed to reduce back face deformation and help limit blunt trauma.
For comfort, the helmet features the PGD 10-pad memory foam liner, which adapts to the user’s head shape within seconds. The PGD dial retention system with Duraflex buckles allows fast adjustment and secure stabilization.
A front shroud enables mounting of night vision devices, while the side rails support accessories such as communication headsets or lights. Additional equipment can be attached using Velcro or the rail interface.
