The Carinthia MIG 5.0 Jacket is the most widely worn insulation jacket in the Carinthia range, and this generation is built entirely around working with gear on. The new Side Access System makes the difference: continuous side zips from the hem to below the armpit give direct access to holster, magazines, tools and belt-mounted equipment, without opening the jacket at the front.

The G-LOFT insulation (125 g/m² in the body, 80 g/m² in the sleeves) retains its insulating value in wet conditions, so the jacket keeps performing reliably down to -15 °C. The two-part front zip adds freedom of movement when sitting, driving and carrying equipment. Inside are mesh pockets for warming and drying gloves and a zipped Napoleon pocket for essentials. The construction is windproof and highly water-repellent. Developed for special forces, tactical operators, vehicle crews and dynamic sport shooters.
