Thread the inner belt through your trouser loops and fit your (outer) belt over it. Heading out without an (outer) belt? Just wear the inner belt as a stand-alone trouser belt. The low-profile hook-and-loop surface ensures a seamless outer belt attachment without unnecessary bulk.
