The Savotta Medic Pack 18L is a dedicated medical backpack with a total volume of approximately 18 litres. Featuring multiple compartments, attachment points, and organization options, it allows full customization for various medical setups. Originally designed in collaboration with a military client requiring a full-sized medic pack, the result is a versatile design adaptable for a wide range of contents rather than being limited to a single configuration.

The main compartment opens completely with a zipper and includes loop lining for attaching hook-backed organizers. The front and sides feature PALS webbing for additional pouches, while compression straps allow fast external attachment of gear. The back panel holds a removable closed-cell foam pad which provides support and doubles as a sitting or kneeling pad.

Built for durability and modularity, the Savotta Medic Pack is rugged, repairable, and field-proven. All straps and buckles are replaceable, ensuring long-term usability even under demanding conditions.
