The TacMed Solutions Foxtrot DA Litter and Carrier is designed as a rapid-deployment casualty evacuation platform for high-risk and dynamic environments. Compact enough to be carried during military assaults or long movements, it provides a reliable solution without the bulk of traditional rigid litter systems.
The DA version features color-coded dual-adjust side-release buckles, enabling extremely fast patient securement during casualty extraction. This allows casualties to be moved immediately, eliminating delays caused by complex rigging or waiting for a conventional medical litter to arrive from a support vehicle or breach point. The Foxtrot DA Litter can be carried or dragged depending on terrain and space constraints.
When stored in its carrier, the system remains lightweight and compact, making it easier to transport than rigid evacuation platforms. Once deployed, it forms a durable and stable litter capable of supporting heavy loads. Its semi-rigid design allows a casualty to be seated upright when navigating tight stairwells, hallways or confined transport environments such as aircraft, buses and trains.
Eight integrated carry handles provide multiple grab points around the litter, enabling efficient lifting or dragging by multiple operators. For single-user evacuation, the integrated drag strap allows a casualty to be moved while keeping the operator’s hands free for weapon manipulation or situational awareness. This makes the Foxtrot DA Litter highly effective in fast-moving tactical scenarios.
