The Direct Action Med Pouch Horizontal MK III is an updated take on Direct Action's well-established horizontal IFAK pouch. The most notable change is the redesigned front panel, featuring a laser-cut "MED" marking on the velcro panel for immediate recognition and easy personalization with IR patches or morale patches.
The external pocket is partially constructed from elastic materials, allowing more medical gear to be carried without adding bulk. The pouch fits natively on the rear panel of the Mosquito Modular Belt Sleeve, but mounts equally well on any MOLLE/PALS platform or directly on a belt up to 45 mm wide.
Inside, a removable ambidextrous insert with Hypalon pull tabs ensures fast access to the contents regardless of which hand is used. The zipper allows the insert to open fully flat, while internal elastic loops keep equipment secure during active use. The rear wall of the insert features a velcro panel for attaching a shears pouch such as the Direct Action Shears Pouch.
