Nimrod Light Performance Blue Gas is a low-pressure gas designed specifically for airsoft replicas that operate at reduced power levels. With a pressure of approximately 800 kPa (116 PSI), it delivers a stable, consistent output that is well suited to non-blowback pistols and models with polymer slides — types where standard gas can easily exceed safe operating limits or cause unnecessary wear.
The gas performs particularly well during warm summer conditions, when ambient temperatures already raise the pressure inside a magazine. Switching to a low-pressure gas in those situations keeps FPS/joule output in check and reduces the risk of damaging your replica.
One thing to keep in mind: performance can decrease at temperatures below 10°C, so this gas is best used in moderate to warm conditions.
