The TT IFAK Pouch Vertical IRR is a slim IFAK pouch from Tasmanian Tiger, designed for use on MOLLE-compatible carrier systems and plate carriers. The pouch requires only two MOLLE loops for attachment, making it especially compact and versatile within a loadout.
The adjustable inner panel can be pulled up or down depending on the mounting position, providing flexibility in how medical equipment is organised. An elastic cord with cord stoppers is included to secure medical supplies inside. The pouch opens via a folding system with hook-and-loop closure and gives the user the choice between a fixed hook-and-loop or a quick-release fastening.
All materials used, including the CORDURA 700 den fabric, the straps, hook-and-loop fasteners and buckle, meet the strict German Bundeswehr standards TL 8305-0278 and TL 8305-0281 for infrared reduction (IRR 650–1250nm / 10–42%). The finish is PFC/PFAS-free DWR, providing water-repellent properties without the use of harmful fluorine compounds. The sides feature removable elastic compression. The pouch is also compatible with 50mm belts and comes with a removable MOLLE reverse system.
