The Gerber LST Mini is a modern, ultra-compact take on the pocket knife that reshaped the market in the 1980s. The original LST concept — Light, Smooth, Tough — lives on in this significantly smaller and updated package. Designed for everyday carry, the LST Mini slips effortlessly into even the most crowded pocket, bag, or pack.
The blade is a modified Wharncliffe design, 48 mm long, made from 440A stainless steel. The Wharncliffe profile excels at controlled, precise cutting tasks, while the lockback mechanism keeps the blade securely locked during use. A thumbhole allows for quick, one-handed deployment, and a sharpening choil gives full access to the entire edge when it comes time to resharpen.
The handle is constructed from glass-filled nylon: lightweight yet grippy enough for a confident hold. A grab tab with lanyard makes the knife easy to locate in a packed bag and provides a little extra purchase when making detailed cuts. At just 14 grams, the LST Mini is barely noticeable in the pocket.
