The carrier itself has got the next specs:
* lightweight
* Draghandle
* 2X attachment point for a dog leash
* the vest can be adapted easy because of the straps
* Equipped with a large Velcro strip on both sides

Carrier can be filled with a variety of protection materials for example NIJ2 untill NIJ3A KR1 SP1 specs.
Because of the flexibility of this system the dog Always will be optimal protected for his tasks
