The SAM XT Extremity Tourniquet is the newest tourniquet, specially developed for a fast and reliable limitation of the extremities. Thanks to the innovative design of the SAM XT, the turnstile requires fewer turning movements with the winch. Moreover, when the SAM XT is tightened, a confirmation is given if the tire is tight enough.

Too much play in the band is a common mistake when using tourniquets. The SAM XT "Truforce" buckle automatically locks the turnstile at a predetermined amount of force, eliminating almost all play in the turnstile. By 'clicking', turning and locking the turnstile a very effective turnstile is created.
